Costs for Tax Work
Basic personal returns (slips only) start at $120 each. This fee covers the costs of preparation, printing and collation, e-filing, and use of our tax software. Extra time (for large numbers of slips) is charged at $60 per hour.
Business or Rental schedules are charged out at $20 plus preparation time at $60 per hour.
Other basic work, including medical claims, donation claims, pension splitting calculations, and tuition credit claims, is charged out at $60 per hour.
Specialist tax work is charged out at the rate applicable for the person required to do that work, ranging from $90 to $300 per hour.
Personal Tax Returns will be e-filed once payment is received unless other arrangements have been agreed to.
